When I try to do higher notes, I notice my head and neck shifting up, and veins in my neck, I do the shhhhh exercises, idk what I’m doing wrong 😔😔, any tips?

May I ask how to make it thicker? I can make my head voice belty, strong, brash, and nasal, but I could never have that depth and thickness that I hear in singers. (High Larynx, Open Vowel. Sounds too heady in lower larynx positions) It goes all the way to E5.

Is it normal for my range in whistle voice to take a while to expand and to be a little unstable? I’m a guy and I started hitting C6 (thanks to vocal fry!) around 4 months ago. Now I can go up to F6 on a good day (highest ever was G#6), but if I’m tired it’s C#6 at best. The notes above that come and go. If I somehow hit E6 or higher it’s quieter but effortless, but below that I tend to push and squeeze my throat a lot 😅 Any advice? PS: I got a subscription to SS360 and it’s been pretty great! Any exercises from that I should try for this, maybe?

Only hit whistle pitch once. I need to try and do it again.
